Will my chauffeur drive safely and obey all traffic laws?
In order to maintain high standards of driving, our chauffeurs receive extensive training. The safety of our passengers is our top priority. All of our vehicles are equipped with the latest safety equipment, and we drive within the speed limit at all times.
How long before my flight should i arrive at the terminal?
Normally you should aim to arrive 2-3 hours before your flight unless you are on a domestic flight. But always check this with your airline.
Do you provide service 24/7?
Yes, we do. We can arrange travel at any time of day or night without additional charge.
Will you give me the driver's name and a contact number?
Absolutely. You will receive the driver details once he is allocated to the job. Usually, it's going to be 2-3 days before travel.
What if my flight is delayed?
When booking, please provide flight number, and we will monitor your flight status and (when possible) adapt the pickup time for any early arrivals or delays.
